Norwegian linguists for an AI training project

We are looking for freelance contractors for AI training tasks which you select and pick up yourself from an online portal. We need native Norwegians who don’t have to be qualified translators but who have to be set up so that you can legitimately invoice Sandberg at the end of the project as an independent contractor. You start by attending an onboarding programme that consists of 5 hours of online training on Day 1 where you complete a little quiz at the end of each section. It’s followed by ‘file training’ on Day 2 which is life-like task, a sample of what you’d be doing in the project itself. This sample is sent to the client to be assessed. If you pass this too, you are approved for the project and ready to start working. We compensate you for the training.

The project has already started and runs until the end of June. Anyone who can take a minimum of 8-10 tasks per week qualifies for this project, that’s 10-15 hours of a commitment per week. Of course, it’s a great opportunity to take much more than that, but even that volume justifies the onboarding effort. The rate we pay is per task and depending which tasks you pick, it averages at GBP 15-20 per hour.
