This report represents the work of group 13, Fetaverse, throughout the spring of 2023 at the University in Agder. It is the final report for the subject IS-304, “Bacheloroppgave i informasjonssystemer” and acts as our Bachelor thesis. This report acts as the culmination of our entire education at the university and aims to demonstrate the extent of our knowledge on the process of project development.

The system uses the Microsoft Power Platform to collect the data into a central database. It presents it to the users in an easy-to-read and manageable way, using Power Automate and Microsoft SharePoint. A total of 31 Power Automate flows have been developed to act as the logic of the web application, which has gone through rigorous amounts of testing to ensure that we meet the requirements.

The framework chosen to manage the workload and development of the tool is an adaptation of principles from Scrum and Kanban. This is due to Fetaverse being a uniquely small team and as a result, it requires certain components from both frameworks while excluding others. Principles of communication, such as Weekly Review, are used, while methods such as the inclusion of a Scrum Master are not.
