I teach nutrition, public health and the food and health subject. The teaching takes place both as lectures, student-active teaching and practical kitchen teaching. Furthermore, I supervise bachelor students in public health.
I am part of the priority research center Lifecourse Nutririon which focus on food and nutrition from early development.
My research experience is mainly qualitative regarding preconception health. Furthermore, I have worked as a research assistant in the priority research center Lifecourse Nutrition in various projects such as Matnyttig, PREPARED and VeggiSkills.
I mainly teach at bachelor's level in nutrition and public health, as well as in teacher education in food and health.
